Shipping is free in the UK for unframed prints. Framed paintings & prints will be priced according to size and weight, but on average is around £10 per item
Where possible, packages will be insured, trackable and must be signed for on delivery
Packs of postcards and prints cost around £4.80 for the Rest of the World, increasing with weight - the checkout will tell you before you pay.
You, the customer are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. (We aren’t going to provide prepaid returns labels.)
If you want to return or exchange an item, you should contact us by email within 72 hours of delivery ( form to complete, their details, order details, reason, etc refund sought) and then ship the item to us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition, in its original packaging and with all tickets and labels intact. Items should be returned to us by a signed and tracked shipping method. On receipt, we will inspect the item and provided there are no signs of use or damage and all packaging, tickets and labels are intact and attached, we will refund your account with the full item price, within 14 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
